Recently I successfully managed a project for the evaluation of a full portfolio (more than 100 SKUs) for 7 South East Markets. This project included regulatory & commercial assessment, competition, pricing and partner profiling.

Humanistic studies, a pluriennal experience in International Commerce, and last seven years in Regulatory Sector after the foundation of Siam Trade Development, Thai firm focused on proget startups in Healthcare sector.

From 2016 I deal daily with most of Authorities in Thailand, supporting the market entry of my Company’s Customers. From the budgeting to the incorporation, from strategy to licensing, from regulatory to logisitcs, we cover all the needs of new projects in Thailand.

During my experience I followed healthcare companies (but not only in this sector) in their market creation, facing and solving all the bottlenecks that are typical of a new project.

As speaker, I attended conferences and workshops in the sector of Cosmetics (Korean Cosmetic Association, China, Singapore Cosmetic Association), Food (China), Dietary Supplements (China), Herbal medicines (Chiang Mai and Phuket).
