    Payment terms

    Payment by bank transfer is required within 7 days from reception of our invoice.

    If you wish to benefit from early-bird registration fees, proof of full payment is required within October 16th. No discounts will be applied to any registrations received after such term.

    In all oher cases, payment must be received prior to the event.

    Cancellation policy

    If you wish to cancel your attendance at the event, then the following applies:

    Over 45 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 25% of paid amount will be charged.

    Over 15 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of paid amount will be charged.

    Regretfully, cancellations received  less than 20 days prior to the event as well as no-shows are neither refundable nor transferable.

    Any cancellations must be received in writing and any refunds will be processed after the event.
